6.3/10quite simply these are the best headphones ive ever tried, these blast most other models ive tried out the water, and im not talking cheap junk here, 580,600 senns, grado sr80s, beyer 881s to name a few...these headphones have an amazing soundstage, even better than my longtime fave the audiotechnica at-f3s, voices hang relaisticly infront of you, sounding about 20ft away, was quite amazing first time i heard them, they do need a bit of taming on the hf front, about a 6db cut in te treble and these phones really come alive soundstage is very wide, sounds like the music is being played on a flat field, with not much happening above or below the horizontal field, some people may hate this...but i love it :D word of warning though...the quality of these is very variable... i bought another pair just in case my main pair died, these sound nowhere near as good, so i returned them and bought another pair from a different store, this were below par, so i did the same, but 3rd time lucky :D ,so be sure the store you buy from has a return policy.....if only sennheiser got their QA sorted out these cans could be world beaters...
