These are pretty standard earbuds. They look good and they're quite comfortable. The L/R to indicate which ear is which is quite difficult to see - I had to have it pointed out to me.
The bass is strong and deep, for something in this price range. The mids are slightly veiled, though not too bad. The highs are only ok, detail in the highs is lacking, it's missing the high frequencies.
Overall comfort is good, bass is pretty good and the sound is ok for the price range, and they seem quite well built.
