I'm not overly impressed with these headphones. They sound quite tinny, and they're not particularly enjoyable to listen to.
Bass is a weak point for these earphones. It's neither low nor strong, even when you get a good seal, which is important with in-ear headphones. Poor bass is fairly typical of armature headphones, though it can be done well.
The midrange is also fairly poor, sounding slightly muffled. The singer sounds a little distant.
High frequencies aren't bad, but they're not great either. Cymbals aren't too bad, but they're a little recessed and they lack detail.
The headphones have an inline volume control, which is used to control and iPod or iPhone Touch. This is useful, but i'm a bit puzzled why they didn't include an extra button to let you pause the music, skip to the next track, etc.
Overall I can't recommend these earphones for either quality or value. I've heard worse, but not in this price range. There are much better options available.
